Project Delivery Report
We are proud to announce the successful shipment of a full set of poultry house equipment for a 20,000-layer project, custom-built for a long-term client in Southeast Asia. This marks a key milestone in our company’s cooperation with regional poultry producers seeking large-scale, automated egg production systems.
Project Overview
The client required a solution for housing over 20,000 layers with a focus on high productivity, low labor demand, and disease control. Our engineering team designed a poultry house layout optimized for space, climate, and long-term maintenance.
Basic project parameters:
- House dimensions: 80 meters × 16 meters × 3.5 meters
- Total capacity: 21,120 laying hens
- Cage configuration: A-type, 4 tiers, 160 birds per set
- Total cages shipped: 132 sets across 4 rows
Equipment Package Shipped
The complete set of layer house equipment shipped includes:
- 132 sets of galvanized A-type battery cages
- 2 automated feeding machines with central control units
- 2 manure scraper systems, one per two rows
- 4 belt-driven egg collection systems
- Cooling system with fans and evaporative pads
- Intelligent climate control cabinet with sensors
All systems were manufactured, tested, and inspected prior to packaging. The equipment has been securely packed in two 40-foot containers with protective wrapping and component labels for easy installation.
Client Value
This project enables the client to transition from semi-manual operation to full automation, reducing operational labor while increasing egg output consistency. The design ensures optimal ventilation and hygiene standards, helping minimize mortality and production downtime.
Our technical support team will remain engaged through the installation and commissioning phase to ensure successful startup.
