LIVI Poultry Rearing Equipment for 70000 Chicken Farm in Russia
Recently, we just signed an agreement with a farmer from Russia. He purchased poultry rearing equipment from LIVI for 70,000 chickens, including chicken equipment for 30,000 layers and 40,000 broilers. This is a new poultry project, and the farmer’s land size is 110M*70M. Our engineers designed professional drawings for customers based on the farm’s land dimensions. A total of 7 chicken coops were built, each housing 10,000 chickens, for a total of 70,000 chickens. In addition, egg storage, silos and other facilities will be constructed. The size of the chicken house is 55*12M, which not only ensures full utilization of the chicken house space, but also ensures normal ventilation.

30,000 laying hens rearing equipment:
There are 189 sets of A-type 4-tiers laying hen cages, each holding 160 laying hens, and each chicken house has 63 sets, which can be used to raise a total of 30,240 laying hens.
3 sets of gantry-type automatic feeding equipment, one for each chicken house
9 sets of automatic egg collection equipment, one set for each row of chicken cages
9 sets of flat belt type manure cleaning equipment, one set for each row of chicken cages
3 sets of environmental control equipment, one for each chicken house
40,000 broiler rearing equipment:
16 automatic feeding lines, 4 feeding lines per chicken house
20 automatic water lines, 5 water lines per chicken house
4 sets of environmental control equipment, including heating facilities, one set for each chicken house
